With the beginning of the New Year, we are now entering the home stretch of our construction. The exterior facade facing Suburban Square is nearly completed. Even more exciting is that our Penthouse units are now coming along with the Kitchens and Bathrooms being installed. By the end of January, we should have nearly all of the 11 Penthouse units completed. We will also be able to start giving tours through The Square (by appointment only), so contact our leasing team if you want to schedule a time to see our progress.

We are very excited at the reception that we have been getting to our new apartments at Suburban Square. By the end of this year, more than 26% of our units have will been reserved by new tenants. The Square will not only be the newest luxury apartment building in the Main Line, it will also feature best in class amenities. Over the next few weeks, we will highlight some of the select amenities that we will be offering our future residents.

With room for more than 40 bicycles, we are happy to provide features that help our residents live a healthy lifestyle in a convenient way. The bike room is located on the ground floor adjacent to the covered and secured parking garage in the Square and is as close to the Train station as possible – by design!
In the photo below, you can see where our construction team has begun the brick masonry work. Check back in 2 weeks, and this space should be looking great!
More photos to come, but here are the first ones. The building is now completely wrapped and prepped for the exterior facade which will be a mixture of Brick, Wood, and Stucco. On the inside, we are working from top to bottom and the apartments on the 5th floor are almost all roughed in.
